1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Our estimated delivery time is 15–20 days. To keep our prices fair and reduce our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our manufacturing facilities. We appreciate your patience!

Q: When will my order be dispatched? A: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on a universal tracking site like 17track.net.

Q: Can I change my shipping address? A: We can update your address as long as the order has not been dispatched. Please email quartrjsancsh@zohomail.com immediately with your order number. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.


2. Cancellations & Returns

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, you can cancel for a full refund as long as the product has not been shipped or entered production. If the item has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Q: How do I start a return? A: Please contact our support team at quartrjsancsh@zohomail.com to receive the correct return address. Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Q: Are there any return fees? A: We do not charge restocking fees. Customers are only responsible for the return shipping cost (at most once per order).


3. Refunds

Q: When will I receive my refund? A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Q: My refund hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? A: First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have done this and still haven't received it, please reach out to us at quartrjsancsh@zohomail.com.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? A: If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right! Please email us immediately with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
